Definition

Legal direction in civil and commercial jurisdiction, with emphasis on proceedings linked to business activity: enforcement, opposition, monetary claims, director liability, corporate, contractual and unfair competition disputes.

What we do

  1. Prior viability and cost-benefit analysis of the litigation.
  2. Claim or answer, with documentary evidence organised from the start.
  3. Hearing attendance and evidence proposal.
  4. Enforcement of a favourable judgment, with asset location and seizure.
  5. Opposition to enforcement when the client is the enforcement party.
  6. Appeals: reposition, appeal and, where applicable, cassation.
  7. Coordination with court representative and with the insolvency team when both planes coexist.
