What we do
- Prior viability and cost-benefit analysis of the litigation.
- Claim or answer, with documentary evidence organised from the start.
- Hearing attendance and evidence proposal.
- Enforcement of a favourable judgment, with asset location and seizure.
- Opposition to enforcement when the client is the enforcement party.
- Appeals: reposition, appeal and, where applicable, cassation.
- Coordination with court representative and with the insolvency team when both planes coexist.
